Are Bella Vita Luxury products cruelty-free?
Yes, all our products are 100% cruelty-free. We do not test our fragrances or skincare formulations on animals at any stage of production.
How long does the fragrance typically last?
Our perfumes are crafted with high-quality imported oils, typically offering a long-lasting wear of 6 to 8 hours, depending on individual skin chemistry and environmental factors.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused and unopened products. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that have been sprayed or used.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days for metro cities and 5-7 business days for the rest of the country. You will receive a tracking link via email once dispatched.
Are your perfumes safe for sensitive skin?
While our products are made with premium ingredients, we always recommend performing a patch test on your inner wrist before full application to ensure no sensitivity occurs.
